1. Pinch Cafe
Pinch Cafe is located in Tooting (SW London) and is definitely one of my favourite local fully vegan breakfast and brunch cafes in London. It was my go-to stop after the gym where I would get incredible protein-packed smoothies. Besides smoothies, you can find vegan croissants, breakfast burritos, English breakfast, avocado on toast, cheese toasties and so much more. The portions are ginormous, and the prices are very affordable. You need nothing else when seeking London’s best vegan breakfast places – delicious, affordable, healthy, and mindfully prepared.
“At Pinch Cafe, we recognize the constant threat that human activity poses to our environment, biodiversity, and animals. As such, we strive to make a positive impact on the planet by promoting veganism through serving delicious food and drinks. We believe that by offering an all-vegan menu, we can inspire and encourage people to choose a more sustainable and compassionate lifestyle.“

Another exceptional vegan breakfast and brunch spot in London must be Scarlett Green. Scarlett Green is part of the Daisy Green Collection of restaurants, all of which are Aussie-owned. It offers a stylish and cosy ambience that’s perfect for a relaxed weekend morning. Their menu features a wide range of vegan, veggie, and gluten-free options, including popular Australian snacks like Vegemite. From vegan breakfast and vegan bottomless brunch to savoury and sweet dishes, there’s something for everyone. I ordered oat matcha and avocado on fermented activated charcoal sourdough, which was an absolute delight.

The menu at Duck & Waffle surprises with vegan breakfast options that are nothing short of exquisite. From the indulgent version of a vegan English breakfast to Corn ribs and the delightful avocado on sourdough, every dish showcases creativity and flavour.

5. Drunch cafe
Drunch Cafe is a renowned ‘teddy bear at the table’ cafe known for its signature coffees, including options inspired by luxury brands like Dior, Chanel, Versace, and their own unique Drunch coffee. They offer a decent selection of vegan breakfast and vegan brunch options. This family-owned business was founded by two relatives with the idea of creating a cosy space for their family and friends. While the cafe itself is quite small, there is outdoor seating available. You can find a variety of vegan choices for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and even dinner. Remember that it leans towards the pricey side, but you’re mostly paying for the ambience and overall vibe rather than just the food.
Among their famous drinks are the 24k gold cappuccino (with vegan alternatives), the Barbie cappuccino featuring a Barbie stencil and dried, edible petals, and more. If you’re a fan of Instagram-worthy places, this is a must-visit spot.
